I too have been ordering for a couple of years..one order I read the size chart wrong and called and left a message, and Steve called me back on a SUNDAY...and he sent me the right size before I had even sent the wrong size back!! I loved that he had faith and trust that I would return the ones that were the wrong size!! and the quality is AWESOME!!
